Our Policies
For all Lessons
- You must register for a session consisting of 10 lessons at a time.
- If you wish to continue your lessons with a new session, you need to register or tell us no later than the last week of your current session.
- If you do not wish to continue, please inform the academy on your last lesson.
For Piano Lessons
- Students can cancel one lesson for each session without losing one of their ten lessons, but they must inform us 24 hours in advance (no make-up session will be needed for the cancelled class).
- Students can also cancel a second lesson in case of an emergency, but they must come to the make-up lesson offered by the Academy, or they will lose a class.
For Music for Children/Toddlers
- There are no cancellations for Music for Children/Toddlers lessons as the sessions are performed in groups. There will be no refunds for any missed classes.
- Each Music for a Children/Toddler session is followed by another session of a higher level. These sessions are continuous and breaks between sessions will only occur for holidays or special events.
